I had a set of Ricardo Beverly Hills that lasted for 13 years through extensive travel, typically 3 or more trips per year. This luggage really went through it, but it held up, until finally my overpacking frayed the lining inside and the wheels began to crumble. 13 years for heavy use luggage is outstanding, IMO. Therefore, I had to get Ricardo Beverly Hills Luggage again. I'm excited about my new set and I'm going to take some measures to hopefully protect the wheels and this set will last even longer. This new set looks great and rolls effortlessly.
I've been very happy with both the new organizer and the suitcase. They are both well made, light weight, well thought out, and durable. I think I'll continue to be happy for a long time.

I have had this piece for several years in another color and wanted one to match my other luggage. It fits well under the seat and I like the inside because it fits a lot. You can also attach it to a larger bag because of the strap on the back for easy rolling. I have tried other under the seat pieces but this is my favorite for sure!
I literally looked everywhere and tried several and finally found the Ricardo garment sleeve! It does an amazing job. I travel via airlines and tend to do more cruising. This is perfect for my lightweight sweaters, easy to wrinkle tops, and easy wrinkle pants. I no longer have to send my clothes for pressing while on the ships. The garment bag itself is lightweight adding no additional weight to my luggage. I highly recommend this!
Feels very sturdy and not flimsy at all. I love this trunk. I can use the entire space or divide it to place one or two nights clothing for a post trip and not dig through the entire contents
Product is excellent. Only thing I would suggest is providing a link after purchase to track the package. The 'Shop' app does not give the buyer any indication of what is going on with the shipment.
At one point, it said 'shipped' but nothing about timing or if this was referring to it was shipped to the warehouse, to me, or a transition location first. Confusing and not informative.
Even small businesses provide a link with the purchase to track the package.
FYI the bag did come in a satisfactory time... just nothing to let me know when it would arrive.
Have not opened this one yet as it is actually a birthday present for someone. HOWEVER, we have 2 just like it & love so we are expecting the same opinion from our friend, the recipient of the gift.
I keep this in my gym bag as I am at the gym almost every morning before work. It is very sturdy and well made. After my workout I simply pull this out of my gym bag and hang it on the hook outside of the shower stall. It holds travel bottles of body wash and shampoo, comb, a full size can of spray deodorant, q tips, razor, toothbrush and toothpaste etc and the side pocket can hold a men's swimsuit. I never have to worry about having forgotten to bring something with me to the gym.
Just wondering, since the last luggage I purchased I received the small padlock for each of my bags, but a lock was not included with my new bag. Will you send one to me please.

If you are an organized person then this is for you it have everything for its design place to store from small things to shoes even a front zipper for you to open if you have extra weight that need to be taken out at the airport! I absolutely love this and can stop saying how great sleek and clean it is also you get to lick your bag with a code so no one gets in except probably tsa‚ but can't stop brag about it how light weight it is and so lux.
While I do like this RBH soft-side check-in luggage very much, it was cumbersome for me to confirm my online order— RBH’s confirmation notice revealed a queer email address that somehow looked like a scam. I had to call my credit card company for payment dispute and inquired RBH’s confirmation via email/phone message on 9/16/26. Fortunately, I received my ordered luggage on 9/22/26 and subsequently cancelled the dispute. I hope RBH can use a standard company email address for online order confirmations in the future.
This luggage trunk is huge and so nice. It has so much room for clothes and accessories and it so durable and made well. The wheels on it are very good and it goes wherever you want to take it. It has so many different areas to store stuff. It has a very nice design on the outside. Also, I definitely will be buying more of this luggage.
I loveeeee this suitcase! It's so beautiful. What really impressed me is how functional and thoughtfully designed it is for traveling. I used it as my checked bag for an 8 day trip and it was perfect! I was able to fit everything I needed (and I'm a heavy packer) without it being crammed or unable to locate something immediately. My favorite part is the TSA combination lock that locks both the front zipper area and the main zipper area. I've never had a suitcase set up like this one, it's been so amazing and I felt so secure checking it because of the lock. The different compartments are so well thought out, I love how many compartments and zippers there are inside to keep everything separate and organized. It's also very light weight but extremely sturdy! It's one of those bags you can tell they really thought about how people travel and what makes packing easier. It looks gorgeous, very well made, and is insanely functional. I'll be using this for all of my trips! Highly recommend!
I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion. This suitcase makes me so happy! I am planning on traveling again soon and I know this beautiful suitcase will catch plenty of attention. It is very well constructed, stylish, and a beautiful green color with tan accent. It can hold plenty and comes with two packing bags. It also has the TSA lock on it. I like this piece so much I am considering purchasing an additional piece.
What a beautiful suitcase! Love how large and accommodating it is. It is perfect size for packing my clothes along with my husbands clothes for a week long vacation. I love that it has a built in luggage lock as well as a built in ID card holder. Don't want to be losing my luggage! The wheels on it are easy rolling and it has an extendable handle, making it easy to transport. I think that this is a great cargo trunk and can't wait to take many trips using it to pack my clothing and things!
I like this Ricardo bag. If you like keeping your belongings organized this bag is must-have. It is spacious and convenient for travel. The separate compartments make it easy to keep my laptop, notebooks and smaller items neatly arranged. The fabric is durable, practical and super easy to wipe clean. I'm pretty sure I will use 10+ years.
