Returns
We always hope you found exactly what you were looking for however, we gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise within 30 days of your invoice date. To be eligible for return, merchandise must be in original condition with all accessories and product tags attached.
How to return an item:
- Complete the Return Form enclosed in your package. If you no longer have the form you may download it here. If you have any additional questions, please contact us via our online inquiry form.
- Include the Return Form with your merchandise, and securely pack it for shipping.
- Using the courier of your choice, return the item to the address indicated on the return form. We recommend using a traceable and insurable shipping method. This service is offered by FedEx, UPS, USPS and other carriers. Keep the tracking information until your return has been received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification informing you that we received it and whether your refund was approved. If approved, then you can expect your refund within 10 business days – issued in the original form of payment. If you used PayPal as your form of payment, your account will be credited. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they received the refund information from us. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
General Notes:
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. Return shipping charges are the customer responsibility.
- Only purchases made at www.ricardobeverlyhills.com are eligible for a return.
Receipt Refusal of Shipment
Please note that a refusal of receipt of a shipment (unless approved in advance) is considered a return and the cost of the actual freight to have the package returned will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Want to exchange your item with a different color or luggage size? We ask that you reorder the item online and handle your original purchase as a return for a refund (see "Shipping Charges" above). This will ensure you get the item you are looking for—in case we run out of stock before we receive your return.
Shipping Error/Defective Merchandise
Your happiness with your order is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense.
How to return product:
- Please contact us at 1.800.724.7496 or via our online inquiry form, and we will issue a return shipping label.
- Complete the Return Form and include it in your return shipment to help our warehouse team process the return faster. If you no longer have the form you may download it here.
- Securely pack your merchandise for shipping and affix the shipping label.
- Take the package to a shipping location, and drop it off. Keep the tracking information until your return has been received and processed.
